In mid-May 2024 two of our members, Niamh and Tolu, were invited to speak to the Lauren Dempster from LawPod. 

LawPod is a weekly podcast based in the Law School at Queen’s University Belfast, who provide a platform to explore law and legal research in an engaging and scholarly way.

During this episode our members discussed issues affecting LGBTQIA+ refugees and asylum seekers in Northern Ireland. They also discussed the findings of our recent report on homophobia in asylum accommodation in Northern Ireland.
